Giving one's idea

“There is no delight in owning anything unshared.”

Let them read specific lesson for the day  then after the given time group the class into five groups. Let them brainstorm what they have understand in the given lesson. Then they will present it a different way either  singing or anything they want. Giving them only five minutes to present. It will develop their capacity to listen to one's idea,to cooperate and to socialize with other students.

Discuss how modeling and scaffolding affect in the child’s learning progress.

In effective learning, we tend to consider our learner’s capacity to learn and their learning styles in order for us to endow with them appropriate activities and strategies for learning. In modeling and scaffolding technique in teaching our learners, they lean to follow what they observed from their models which help them to develop their capacity to use their senses in learning. Most of the learners learned through visual approach or styles in learning and only few learn from auditory and kinesthetic styles. In modeling the model will demonstrate while the learners will follow the model like for example in teaching we can used strategies from our model teacher and applied it in our teaching demonstration, it will help us in gaining knowledge while Vygotsky’s scaffolding the expert will assess the learning of the child by guiding him or her in her/his learning, through this the learning of the pupil or students will be guided as soon as the expert will assess the learning of the students. It will help our learner to motivate enlist the child’s interest related to the task and socialize to their peers and gain knowledge through interaction.

Vygotsky’s Principle of Social Constructivism

In Vygotsky’s Principle of Social Constructivism it has four principles and one of the principles is learning and development is a social, collaborative activity which means the interaction children have with adults and other children is critical that lead us to learn from other people through interaction and we develop our capacity in order to do our tasks in daily. So we need to interact with other people to learn and develop one’s skills and knowledge.
In his second principles, The Zone of Proximal Development can serve as a guide for curricular and lesson planning. it shows that the ZPD plays important role in learning but before anything else ZPD means is the distance between the actual development level as determined by independent problem solving and the level of potential development as determined through problem solving under adult guidance or in collaboration with more capable peers because in teaching we need to consider our learners in making curriculum which means lists of subjects that needed to be thought and it will be easy for as to conduct

My Philosophy As An Educator

"Teaching is leaving a vestige of one self in the development of another.  And surely the student is a bank where you can deposit your most precious treasures.  Eugene P. Bertin"

In the world of teaching you need to be competitive and effective enough in the field of education in the sense that you made them and molded them to become the person they wanted to be. Giving them and providing the right information without any hesitation that you can change the mindset of your students. Providing them the right way to achieve their goals and touching their lives to the reality.

I believe that all human beings have the ability to learn. Learning is a practice that occurs in an interpersonal context and is dynamically comprised of factors that include motivation, attitude, cognition, affect, and self-regard. For them to learn productively, that is to learn in way that engenders to the desire to learn more, teachers must strive to meet their individual needs. The learner’s needs are versatile information to nourish the mind, activities to practice critical thinking, creativity, reasoning, exploration, inquiry, and moral behavior, and an overarching acknowledgment of the various contexts into which these learning processes occur. We come up with this way of thinking because we learned from our past experiences and in our majors, when we discussed different topics regarding the role of an educator and one of the roles of educator is to facilitate the learning of your students.

We change their lives because that is our purpose as an educator. To touch them without expecting any returns after all as long as we do our roles in teaching them in the future. Being responsible and effective educator would change many lives and you will feel the fulfillment after all your sacrifices. The skills they learn today must be cutting edge in order to keep up with the fast growing and changing spirits of society. Knowledge comes from the relationship a person has with themselves the society. Ideas come from an individuals experience with another idea or mark. Everyone leaves a mark, or footprint that stamps an impression on the next person who also leaves a mark that inspired an impression on the next and one of them,' we educator”.
